1. No Refund Policy
Except where prohibited by applicable law, all purchases made on the BuildPulse Construction Inc. platform are final and non-refundable.
2. Rationale for Digital Goods
Our Services consist of digital, AI-generated renovation estimates, visualizations, and project planning tools. Digital AI services are considered consumed immediately upon delivery, as the underlying computational output has been generated and provided to you. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once AI processing has commenced or an output has been generated.
3. Billing Errors & Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge for a feature you did not receive — please contact us within thirty (30) days of the transaction. We will review each request individually and, where an error is confirmed, issue an appropriate correction or credit.
4. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit, exclude, or modify any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable Canadian provincial law (including Ontario) or U.S. federal and state law. Where a court or regulator of competent jurisdiction determines that a refund is required under local consumer protection law, such statutory rights will prevail over this Policy.
