1. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content on the BuildPulse platform, including software code, text, graphics, branding, user interface designs, and underlying proprietary AI estimation models, is the property of BuildPulse Construction Inc. and is protected by Canadian, U.S., and international copyright laws.
2. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice — For U.S. Users
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material or user-uploaded image on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its exact URL or location on the platform;
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with applicable law unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Canadian Copyright Act Compliance
For notices originating in Canada, we comply with the "Notice and Notice" regime under the Canadian Copyright Act. Infringement claims will be reviewed, the relevant notice will be forwarded to the user who posted the content, and access to allegedly infringing material will be disabled where infringement is verified in accordance with applicable law.
